This is a lo-fi version of Glitch City Laboratories, meant for backup purposes. Everyone is encouraged to download a backup of the site every time one is made available, to prevent loss of all the research and data contained within GCL, should the website crash or something, which would really suck. The Glitch City Labs Team gives authorization for anyone to host this backup on their own website.
Description of Effects
TM10 is a glitch move that is not learned by any currently documented Glitch Pokémon, and therefore can only be acquired through Gameshark. Its effects are currently unknown, but it is known that it has an animation like Focus Energy.
